Coastal Steel Structures offers three Standing Seam Room Systems. The standing seam panels have either a 24" net coverage (CXP), or a 16" net coverage (CRP16). These panels shall be 24 gauge, GALVALUME, (or acrylic coated galvalume for 24 gauge CXP) steel with or without a color coating. CXP may be 22 gauge if required.

CXP

CXP Roof Panels are roll formed 50,000 psi minimum yield in 24 and 22 guage steel. The panel coverage is 24 inches with edge corrugation 2 inches high, or including the standing leg, two and seven-eigths inches. These are available in GALVALUME or painted finishes.

CRP16

Coastal Straight Rib Architectural Roof Panel (CRP16) is roll formed 16 inches wide and a 2 inch deep straight rib at each edge. The interlocking straight ribs at the side laps are crimped together by use of an electrical seaming tool. Surface texture of the panel can be specified as smooth or embossed. These are available in painted or GALVALUME finishes.

CCR

Coastal Composite Roof System (CCR) combines a metal liner, rigid board insulation and standing seam roof panel (CXP or CRP). This provides a handsome long-term roof envelope which meets the most rigid of energy codes. A CCR meeting UL class 90 wind uplift rating requirement is available. The CCR/CXP meets Factory Mutual Class 1 requirements.
